  • Establishment of District Emergency Operation Center (DEOC):

District Administration Rajanpur has established a state-of-the-art Emergency Operation Center / Control Room in Deputy Commissioner Office Rajanpur. The control room is equipped with video wall, LEDs, computers and other IT equipments, Whatsapp System, telephone lines and furniture. Official of DC Office, Rescue 1122, Police, Civil Defence, Irrigation are deputed 24/7. DEOC Rajanpur work during the Flood, Muharram-ul-Harram, Eid Milad-un-Nabi, Eid days.  

Objectives of the DEOC

DEOC is aimed to provide a platform and bridge for timely and accurate coordination between Provincial Government and District Administrations in time of emergencies and calamities. It provides a well-coordinated response mechanism in time of disaster. It has strengthened the early warning system and has improved the disaster response capacities of District Administration through a centralized command and control unit.

Deputy Commissioner Rajanpur is Chairman District Disaster Management Authority (DDMA).

  • Revamping the Domicile Procedure

A very promising achievement of the District Administration, Rajanpur is the revamping of domicile obtaining procedure. The domicile branch has been linked online database. The applicants just apply domicile though Mobile App. No need to visit the branch. This is hassle-free process and saving time and money of the citizen.

  • Health Surveillance Mechanism

Deputy Commissioner Rajanpur has taken keen interest in Health Department to revamp its traditional and torpid service delivery. Health surveillance team comprising Additional Deputy Commissioner (Revenue), Assistant Commissioners, District Monitoring Officer, Assistant Commissioner (HR & Coordination) and officers of Health Department, has been entrusted with the tasks to visit health facilities (DHQ, THQ, RHC and BHQ) on regular basis. The visiting officer is required to fill detailed proforma highlighting existing deficiencies, availability of staff, provision of medicines and action taken on the previous decisions (if any). The data so gathered, is discussed in meetings and necessary directions are issued promptly.

         
             
 
  • Biometric Attendance System

A biometric attendance system is a time and attendance tracking system that identifies and tracks employees' attendance by using their physical characteristics such as fingerprints or iris scans. This type of system is useful for tracking employee attendance, preventing time theft, and improving security.
